Producing a Film: Production Day Intensive

This one day intensive workshop will go through the technical side of producing film including recording sound, cinematography, lighting and media management. We will go over the technical and creative basics needed during production. This class focuses on the production phase of filmmaking and will culminate in shooting a scene with full lighting, sound and camera setup. Students in the class will assist on the cast and crew of the shoot.

This workshop is for for actors, writers, directors, producers or anyone who wants to gain a working knowledge of how to produce a film and are interested in creating their own content. This workshop will focus on narrative film production process but can be applied to other forms of content. This workshop is taught by long time college professor and Film Consortium Founder and President, Jodi Cilley who has taught film production and theory since 2004 as well as several guest presenters (TBD).

Cost:  $75 plus $1 processing fee
